The Director will work in a highly demanding but supportive team environment using your knowledge, experience, passion, creativity, and engaging personality to lead the agency’s FRD program.

These short videos describe three of the things your support allows us to do

Creating community

Federation helped Minnesota HIllel reach out to campuses across the state.

Building Jewish identity

Federation sends free Jewish books and music to young children ages 6 months to 8 years.

Inspiring young Jews

Federation helps teens make personal, lasting connections to teens in Israel through Teen Mifgash.

Helping People in Need

From emergency assistance for distressed families, to kosher meals for the homebound, to medical care for the elderly, we are a safety net for the most vulnerable members of our community.

Inspiring Jewish Life

Summer camp, Jewish education, trips to Israel, PJ Library books. We provide young people with experiences that are powerful and lasting.

In Israel

We help immigrants start new lives, support Israel through crises, fight poverty, rescue Jews in danger and bring Israel to St. Paul through innovative programs.

Around the World

We are a lifeline to Jews in Eastern Europe, providing food, medical aid and winter relief. We fight anti-Semitism, connect people to their Jewish heritage and provide disaster relief.
