Volunteer with Hillel at the University of Minnesota

Hillel's mission is to enrich the lives of Jewish undergraduate and graduate students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. You can help Hillel achieve this by volunteering in any of the following areas:

Cooks and kitchen helpers

In an effort to incorporate healthy eating and community participation in Hillel programming, we are inviting community members who enjoy cooking to come in and cook either a Wednesday lunch (for 20-30) or Shabbat dinner (for 60-70).

Career mentor of students

Be a mensch, be a mentor! Your work experiences are important; please consider sharing your knowledge with a college student interested in pursuing a career in your field of work.

Special event volunteer

Hillel has plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout the year. There are many tasks that are perfect for people who are seeking short term opportunities including: selling tickets, stuffing envelopes and much more!
