Campaign Associate, Conejo Valley
Valley Alliance functions to strengthen & promote Jewish communal life & continuity by effectively implementing The Jewish Federation Annual Campaign in the Alliance area, involving individuals in the work of The Jewish Federation and The Jewish Federation Valley Alliance Campaign, acting as a liaison and program catalyst with synagogues and local community organizations, for the purpose of strategic planning.
Reporting to the Senior VP Campaign, Valley Alliance, staff and provide professional leadership to the Valley Alliance Campaign. Develops, cultivates and manages donors; creates, organizes and implements fundraising strategies and tactics; recruits, organizes and trains volunteer workers; assures adherence to Campaign time schedules; directs and maintains files of prospects; meets with individuals, committees and organizations to solicit for the Campaign. Prepare necessary reports. Develop detailed knowledge of the community & trends associated with area of solicitation. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in problem solving. Develop & organize a continual effort to communicate the Jewish Federation’s mission & current communal issues and needs. May carry out various functions otherwise assigned; committees, special events or other activities as assigned.
Other duties may be assigned as needed including assisting with the Campaign. Be available for additional assignments as needed.
